§ 1053. Treatment and care of patients
The Secretary of Human Services may provide for treatment and care of tuberculosis
and chronic respiratory disease patients at facilities designated by him or her. (Amended 1965, No. 5, § 2; 1966, No. 22 (Sp. Sess.), § 2; 1969, No. 101, § 7, eff. April 19, 1969; 1973, No. 89, § 2.)
