§ 1041. Reports by physicians and certain others
A physician who is consulted by a person infected with tuberculosis in any form shall
submit the name and address of such person to the Commissioner upon such forms as
he or she may furnish, with such other facts as may be required, within one week after
such consultation. (Amended 1969, No. 101, § 1, eff. April 19, 1969.)
