  • § 304. Rules and procedures; personnel

    The Commissioner may adopt such rules and procedures and employ such personnel as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this subchapter. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff. March 1, 1961; 2023, No. 53, § 42, eff. June 8, 2023.)
