Chapter 003 : Department of Health; Commissioner of Health

(Cite as: 18 V.S.A. § 113)

  • § 113. Services and expenditures; cooperation with other agencies; attendance upon meetings

    The Commissioner may perform such services and incur such expenditures as the Commissioner deems necessary for the protection of the public health and may cooperate with health agencies of other states and countries. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff. March 1, 1961; 2023, No. 53, § 31, eff. June 8, 2023.)
