§ 6. Interfering with health officers; penalty
A person who in any way interferes with a local health officer; or the director, chemist,
or inspectors of the State laboratory in the performance of their duties under this
title shall be fined not more than $50.00 for the first offense and for each subsequent
offense shall be fined $100.00. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff. March 1, 1961; 2023, No. 53, § 19, eff. June 8, 2023.)
