Chapter 123 : STATE AID FOR CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS

§ 3454. Deferred maintenance
No State school construction aid shall be available under this title for any proposed project or construction if the Secretary finds the need for the project or construction has arisen in whole or in part from significant deferred maintenance.
