§ 1502. State defined—Article II
As used in this compact, “state” means a state, territory, or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. (Added 2025, No. 160 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. July 1, 2026.)
