(Cite as: 16 V.S.A. § 493)

  • § 493. Moderator

    The moderator shall preside at such district meetings; and, in his or her absence, a moderator pro tempore shall be chosen to preside. (Amended 2013, No. 92 (Adj. Sess.), § 53, eff. Feb. 14, 2014.)
