§ 1157. Assistance for Program applicants
The Secretary of State shall make available a list of State and local agencies and
nonprofit agencies that provide counseling and shelter services to victims of domestic
violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking to assist persons applying
to be Program participants pursuant to subdivision 1152(a)(1)(A)(i) of this title. Such information provided by the Office of the Secretary or designees to applicants
