Chapter 083 : Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interests Act

(Cite as: 14 V.S.A. § 1953)

  • § 1953. Form of disclaimer

    The disclaimer shall:

    (1) describe the property or interest disclaimed;

    (2) declare the disclaimer and extent thereof; and

    (3) be signed by the disclaimant. (Added 1985, No. 130 (Adj. Sess.).)
