  • § 1067. Notice of accounting

    Before an administration account of an executor or administrator is allowed, notice shall be given as provided by the Rules of Probate Procedure. (Amended 1975, No. 240 (Adj. Sess.), § 4; 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 56.)
