§ 7260. Recognizance to respondent
The prosecutor shall, before a warrant issues for the arrest of the respondent, enter
into a recognizance with surety to the respondent, conditioned to prosecute to effect,
or, on failure thereof, to pay the costs adjudged to the respondent.
