§ 7033. Commitment for different offenses on one mittimus
When a person is convicted before the same court of different offenses, upon all of
which he or she is lawfully sentenced to imprisonment, he or she may be committed
for all of such offenses upon one mittimus, and the mittimus shall recite the sentence
in each case, and contain an order that unless all fines are paid before the expiration
of the term or terms of imprisonment, such person shall be imprisoned as provided
when a fine only is imposed. Such a term of imprisonment for nonpayment of a fine
shall be served consecutive to the previous term or terms to which the respondent
