(Cite as: 13 V.S.A. § 5045)

  • § 5045. Short title; interpretation

    This subchapter may be cited as the Uniform Act on Fresh Pursuit and shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of the states that enact it.
