Chapter 217 : Emancipation of Minors

(Cite as: 12 V.S.A. § 7152)

  • § 7152. Jurisdiction

    The Probate Division of the Superior Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all proceedings concerning the emancipation of minors. (Added 1995, No. 145 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 91, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
