§ 5721. Relation to Electronic Signature in Global and National Commerce Act
This chapter modifies, limits, and supersedes the federal Electronic Signatures in
Global and National Commerce Act (Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001(c), except that nothing in this chapter modifies, limits, or supersedes Section 101(c)
of the Act nor authorizes electronic delivery of any of the notices described in Section
