§ 5679. Judgment or decree on award
Upon the granting of an order confirming or modifying an award, judgment shall be
entered in conformity therewith and be enforced as any other judgment. Costs of the
application, of the proceedings subsequent thereto, and of disbursements may be awarded
by the court. (Added 1985, No. 95, § 2.)
