(Cite as: 12 V.S.A. § 5676)

  • § 5676. Confirmation of an award

    Upon application of a party to confirm, modify, or vacate an award, the court shall confirm the award unless it finds grounds for vacating or modifying the award. (Added 1985, No. 95, § 2.)
