§ 15.09. Resignation of registered agent of foreign corporation
The registered agent of a foreign corporation may resign as agent by signing and delivering to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of resignation pursuant to 11 V.S.A. § 1655. (Added 1995, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1997; amended 2025, No. 10, § 20, eff. July 1, 2025.)
