§ 1.28. Certificate of good standing
A person may request the Secretary of State to issue a certificate of good standing for a domestic or foreign corporation pursuant to 11 V.S.A. § 1657. (Added 1995, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1997; amended 2025, No. 10, § 15a, eff. July 1, 2025.)
