§ 5.03. Resignation of registered agent for service of process
A registered agent may resign as registered agent by delivering to the Secretary of State a statement of resignation pursuant to 11 V.S.A. § 1655. (Added 1995, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1997; amended 2025, No. 10, § 18, eff. July 1, 2025.)
