§ 4.02. Reserved name
A person may reserve the exclusive use of a business name by delivering an application to the Secretary of State for filing pursuant to 11 V.S.A. § 1652. (Added 1995, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1997; amended 2025, No. 10, § 17, eff. July 1, 2025.)
