§ 15.33. Involuntary termination by judicial proceeding
Upon petition by the Attorney General, the Superior Court of Washington County may terminate the certificate of authority of a foreign corporation if it is established that the corporation has continued to exceed or abuse the authority conferred upon it under the laws of this State. (Added 1993, No. 85, § 2, eff. Jan. 1, 1994.)
