  • § 4557. Supreme Court rules

    The Supreme Court may make and amend rules consistent with this subchapter governing proceedings under this subchapter. The rules shall be adopted under 12 V.S.A. § 1. (Added 1977, No. 229 (Adj. Sess.).)
