§ 4280. Taking wildlife during a period of license suspension
A person shall not hunt, fish, or trap while a license or right to obtain a license
is under suspension, including those persons who could otherwise hunt, fish, or trap
pursuant to section 4253 of this title. (Added 2005, No. 31, § 2; amended 2013, No. 78, § 11.)
