§ 5—104. Formal requirements
A letter of credit, confirmation, advice, transfer, amendment, or cancellation may be issued in any form that is a signed record. (Added 1997, No. 65 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1999; amended 2025, No. 17, § 6, eff. July 1, 2025.)
