§ 3342. Penalties
A person who violates a provision of section 3341 of this title shall be imprisoned not more than one month or fined not more than $100.00, or both.
Such person shall also be liable to a person suffering damage from the explosion or
ignition of such oil thus unlawfully sold, in a civil action on this statute.
