  • § 2767. Injunction

    The Secretary may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for, and the court upon hearing and for cause shown may grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating this chapter. (Added 1967, No. 102, § 60, eff. April 14, 1967; amended 1991, No. 227 (Adj. Sess.), § 7.)
