§ 2449j. Rights and freedoms of covered minors [Effective January 1, 2027]
It is the intent of the General Assembly that nothing in this subchapter may be construed to infringe on the existing rights and freedoms of covered minors or be construed to discriminate against the covered minors based on race, ethnicity, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, religion, or national origin. (Added 2025, No. 63, § 1, eff. January 1, 2027.)
