§ 32706. Customer base
A credit union may organize, invest in, or lend to a CUSO only if the credit union
service organization primarily serves credit unions, its membership, or the membership
of credit unions contracting with the CUSO. (Added 2005, No. 16, § 1, eff. July 1, 2005.)
