§ 11403. Periodic reports from state financial institutions with a branch, office, or activity
in this State
(a) The Commissioner may require periodic reports from any state financial institution
that has established and maintains a branch in this State pursuant to section 15202 of this title.
(b) The Commissioner may require periodic reports from any state financial institution
that has established and maintains an office or conducts an activity pursuant to section 15204 of this title.
(c) Any reporting requirements prescribed by the Commissioner under this section shall
be:
(1) consistent with the reporting requirements applicable to financial institutions incorporated
under the laws of this State; and
(2) appropriate for the purpose of enabling the Commissioner to carry out his or her responsibilities
under the laws relating to branching, offices, or activities. (Added 1999, No. 153 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. Jan. 1, 2001.)
