§ 10603. Penalty
The Commissioner, in addition to using any other power exercisable by the Commissioner
under this title, may:
(1) impose an administrative penalty of not more than $1,000.00 for each violation upon
any person who violates or participates in a violation of any law or regulation described
in this subchapter;
(2) impose an administrative penalty in an amount greater than the amount prescribed in
subdivision (1) of this section if a greater amount is prescribed in the federal law
or regulation violated;
(3) order any person to make restitution to any person injured as a result of any violation
of this subchapter; and
(4) order any person to cease violating this subchapter. (Added 2005, No. 18, § 1.)
