§ 10205. Penalties
In addition to the authority provided in this title, the Commissioner may impose an administrative penalty of not more than $1,000.00 for each violation of this subchapter resulting from willful conduct or from a failure by a regulated entity to provide reasonable supervision of its employees to prevent violations of this subchapter.
