(Cite as: 8 V.S.A. § 10102)

  • § 10102. Penalties

    The provisions of chapter 201, subchapter 6 of this title shall apply to any violation of this chapter, unless the section or subchapter that is the subject of the violation contains its own penalty. The procedures in chapter 201, subchapter 6 of this title shall apply to any penalty imposed for a violation of this chapter. (Added 1999, No. 153 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. Jan. 1, 2001.)
