Title 8 : Banking and Insurance

Chapter 139 : Health Maintenance Organization

(Cite as: 8 V.S.A. § 5108)

  • § 5108. Prohibited practices

    Section 4724 of this title relating to unfair trade practices shall be construed to apply to health maintenance organizations, except to the extent that the Commissioner determines that the nature of health maintenance organizations renders such section clearly inappropriate. (Added 1979, No. 117 (Adj. Sess.).)
