§ 4991. Appeal
Any member or other person aggrieved by any action or decision of an association,
or of any member as a result of its participation therein, may appeal to the board
of directors. The decision of the board of directors may be appealed to the Commissioner
within 30 days from the date of its decision. The Commissioner shall, after hearing
held upon notice, issue an order approving or disapproving the board of directors’
decision. All final orders and decisions of the Commissioner are subject to judicial
review as provided in 3 V.S.A. § 815. (Added 1985, No. 265 (Adj. Sess.), § 4, eff. June 4, 1986.)
