§ 4708. Severability
If any provision of this chapter or the application of such provision to any person
or circumstance shall be held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder
of the chapter and the application of its provisions to a person or circumstance other
than that or those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby. (Added 1983, No. 238 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
