§ 4062e. Compliance with Medicaid recovery provisions
A health insurer as defined in 33 V.S.A. § 1900 that issues, sells, renews, or offers health insurance coverage in Vermont or who is required to be licensed or registered with the Department shall comply with the requirements of 33 V.S.A. §§ 1907, 1908, 1909, and 1910. The Commissioner shall enforce such requirements pursuant to his or her authority under this title. (Added 2007, No. 65, § 110e; amended 2015, No. 97 (Adj. Sess.), § 13.)
