  • § 3306. Duties of Secretary of State, records

    The articles of association, the certificate, and the organization fee shall be transmitted to the Secretary of State, who shall thereupon record both the articles and the certificate. (Added 1967, No. 344 (Adj. Sess.), § 1 (ch. 1, subch. 1, § 6).)
