§ 2520. Applicability of subchapters
The following subchapters of this chapter shall not apply to persons licensed under
this subchapter: subchapter 4 (authorized delegates of money transmitters), subchapter
5 (reporting and records for money transmitters), subchapter 6 (prudential standards
for money transmitters), subchapter 9 (timely transmission, refunds, and disclosures
by money transmitters), and subchapter 10 (virtual currency). (Added 2023, No. 110 (Adj. Sess.), § 41, eff. July 1, 2024.)
