Chapter 073 : Licensed Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Loan Originators, Sales Finance Companies, and Loan Solicitation Companies

  • § 2239. Commercial leases

    This chapter shall not apply to commercial leases as defined in 9 V.S.A. chapters 59 and 61. (Added 1989, No. 122, § 1.)
