  • § 709. Heirs, successors, and assigns

    The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the heirs, successors, and assigns of any franchisor or franchisee. (Added 1983, No. 197 (Adj. Sess.), § 9; amended 2017, No. 83, § 129.)
