§ 582. Sale of alcoholic beverages taken by attachment or on execution
Alcoholic beverages lawfully taken by attachment or on execution issued by a court
of this State may be sold by a duly authorized officer as other personal property
taken on execution, but only to the persons and institutions to which alcoholic beverages
may be sold under the provisions of this title. (Amended 2017, No. 83, § 100; 2017, No. 113 (Adj. Sess.), § 41.)
