Chapter 017 : Sale to Intoxicated Persons

(Cite as: 7 V.S.A. § 502)

  • § 502. Minors; payment of damages recovered

    All damages recovered by a minor in an action under section 501 of this chapter shall be paid over to the minor or to his or her guardian on whatever terms the court may order. (Amended 2017, No. 83, § 74.)
