  • § 282. Rulemaking

    The Board of Liquor and Lottery and the Commissioner of Taxes may adopt rules and forms necessary to implement sections 277-281 of this subchapter. (Added 2017, No. 83, § 67; amended 2018, No. 1 (Sp. Sess.), § 67.)
