§ 228. Sampler flights
(a) The holder of a first-class license may serve a sampler flight of up to 32 ounces
in the aggregate of malt beverages or hard ciders to a single customer at one time.
(b) The holder of a first-class license may serve a sampler flight of up to 12 ounces
in the aggregate of vinous beverages or ready-to-drink spirits beverages to a single
customer at one time.
(c) The holder of a third-class license may serve a sampler flight of up to four ounces
in the aggregate of spirits or fortified wines to a single customer at one time. (Added 2017, No. 83, § 45; amended 2021, No. 177 (Adj. Sess.), § 12, eff. July 1, 2022; 2023, No. 67, § 4, eff. July 1, 2023.)
