§ 2933. Appeal to Supreme Court
When any application for a rehearing is denied, or if the applicant is aggrieved at
the decision on rehearing, the applicant may appeal to the Supreme Court. (Added 1965, No. 175, § 53; amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 18, eff. March 29, 1972.)
