§ 1466. Exceptions
Nothing in sections 1461-1465 of this title shall be construed to apply to the transportation of domestic animals through the
State, provided that the animals are not offloaded within the State and the premises
of the consignee are not within the State. (Amended 1991, No. 153 (Adj. Sess.), § 5, eff. May 5, 1992; 2017, No. 30, § 4.)
