(Cite as: 5 V.S.A. § 212)

  • § 212. Penalty

    A person who violates a provision of this chapter, or a rule or order issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be fined not more than $500.00 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both. (Added 1985, No. 222 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
