Executive Order No. 3-21 (No. 101-91) [Abolition of Certain Boards, Commissions, Councils and Other Bodies]
WHEREAS, the Governor has the authority to issue Executive Orders to ensure efficiency
and effectiveness in the management of state government; and
WHEREAS, several Executive Orders have been developed since January 10, 1985, to support
the Governor’s policy and program management actions; and
WHEREAS, the objectives of some of the Executive Orders have been achieved; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to rescind the Executive Orders that are no longer necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that I, Madeleine M. Kunin, Governor of the State of
Vermont, do hereby rescind the following Executive Orders:
